Founded by former investment bankers and colleagues, Anand Sambasivan, James Deal, Kieran D’Silva and Eric Low started PrimaryBid with ambitions to create a business that sits at the intersection of regulation, digitalisation and democratisation.

Anand began his career as an investment banker with BAML and Credit Suisse in New York and London.  After leaving banking, he started an investment company focused on financing publicly listed companies. He founded PrimaryBid as a direct result of his experience in capital markets. (SMF1&3)

Eric has 20 years of experience across investment banking and asset management in New York. Prior to PrimaryBid, Eric led a variety of initiatives at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to Goldman, Eric was an investment banker at Moelis & Company and a Sector Specialist at JP Morgan. Eric is a Columbia Business School alumni and a CFA charter holder.
