  • Anand Sambasivan

    Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer

    Anand led the team that conceived and brought PrimaryBid to market. As CEO, he is responsible for driving strategy, cultivating key strategic relationships, and overseeing general operations and execution.

    Anand has extensive work experience in the New York and London financial sectors, including seven years as an Investment Banker in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse and Bank of America. He is also CEO of an AIM focused Alternative Investment Manager which he cofounded in 2009.

    Anand is an Economics graduate from The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to the UK, Anand lived and studied in India, Singapore and the United States.

  • Kieran D'Silva

    Cofounder and Chief Financial Officer

    Kieran was part of the team that conceived PrimaryBid and led the development of the beta site. As CFO, he is responsible for oversight of the finance and compliance functions and is involved in the strategic development of the business. Kieran is also CFO of an AIM focused Alternative Investment Manager since 2013.

    Previously Kieran worked as an Investment Banker in Mergers and Acquisitions at Citi within the Financial Institutions Group. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young and is an Economics graduate from Durham University.

  • Dave Mutton

    Chief Operating Officer

    Dave joined PrimaryBid in January, 2016 as COO. He is directly responsible for the day-to-day business operations as well as Marketing and PR.

    Dave is an experienced internet professional with more than 20 years experience, including senior marketing and operational positions at Amazon (Head of Business Development in the UK), Yahoo (Head of Commerce, Yahoo Europe) and StepStone.

    Prior to joining PrimaryBid, he was Marketing Director for Macmillan Science and Education for both Digital Science and Digital Education investment divisions. Dave provided marketing guidance and support across a portfolio of 14 disruptive technology companies in EMEA and the USA.

    As CMO of Zattikka, the mobile and social games company, he was part of the team that raised $20m on AIM in April 2012. In addition, he re-engineered the commercial proposition of one of the company's fantasy football games, significantly boosting revenue and player growth.
